Ritwika Mishra

Consultant

Ritwika has joined The Council as a Consultant with the Climate Resilience team. She is primarily looking at the implementation of urban Nature-based Solutions for climate adaptation and mitigation. She is also working closely with the Adaptation Finance vertical of the team for building technical assistance facilities for accessing climate finance for different states of India.

Ritwika started her professional journey as a WASH Intern at the Aga Khan Foundation (India). Prior to joining CEEW, she was a Consultant at the Centre for Science and Environment. She has also participated in various volunteering initiatives at the United Nations Volunteers, striving to contribute to the advancement of SDGs.

Ritwika holds a Bachelor's degree in Plant Biology (Botany) from the University of Delhi and a Master’s degree in Environment and Sustainable Development from the University College London. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Indian classical music (Vocal). Her stress busters include journaling and munching on street food.
