Research Analyst
Srishti is a Research Analyst with the Climate Resilience team. Her work focuses on integration of gender and community resilience in the climate studies,especially in the Indian context, through deep dive research, policy intervention to offer solutions and recommendations.
Srishti holds a Master of Arts degree in Disaster Management with specialisation in Disaster Policy and Action from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. Prior to this, she interned at ICIMOD Nepal to gain institutional understanding of Himalayan climate risk mitigation and its impacts on mountain communities with emphasis on gendered perspectives in indigenous communities.
Outside of work, Srishti loves singing, swimming, and aspires to travel the world for different cuisines. Her stress buster is “ good ol’ switch off everything and climb a mountain“ and if possible take a swim in the ocean. She also spends quality time with her cat, whether it’s annoying her or being annoyed by her.
