Padarbinda joined The Council in July 2018 and supports human resource management, procurement, and office management. He has over eleven years of experience in the private and non-government sector.

Prior to joining The Council, he worked with the Public Health Foundation of India, India Health Action Trust, and UNICEF.

Padarbinda holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Finance and Human Resources) and a Masters degree in Economics.

He enjoys listening to music and cooking.
