Sudarshana Sen brings over 26 years of experience in executive support and administration, working closely with senior leadership across global organisations in private equity, consulting, non-profits, media, and government sectors. She specialises in managing complex executive schedules, coordinating high-level stakeholder engagements, and ensuring seamless operational and administrative support.

Before joining The Council, Sudarshana served as Executive Assistant at ChrysCapital Advisors LLP, where she supported senior leadership with strategic calendar management, international travel planning, investor engagement, and large-scale event coordination. Her professional experience also spans roles at Bain & Company, YPO Delhi Chapter, Bharti Walmart, Louis Dreyfus Commodities, Australian Wheat Board, National Geographic Channel, New Zealand Immigration Section, and ITC Welcomgroup Hotels, where she built strong expertise in executive support, high-impact events, HR coordination, event management, and stakeholder engagement.

Known for her proactive approach, discretion, and ability to anticipate leadership needs, Sudarshana plays a vital role in enabling efficient decision-making and smooth organisational functioning.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Humanities from Jesus & Mary College, Delhi, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Sales and Marketing from NIS Sparta.

Outside of work, Sudarshana enjoys travelling, listening to music, and exploring art and crafts.
