Gaurav serves as the Executive Assistant to the Director of Programmes at The Council. His work focuses on strengthening cross-functional cadence, supporting departmental strategic planning, ensuring leadership coordination, and enabling smooth operational execution across the organisation. He contributes to workflow management, AI-enabled dashboard development, and alignment among key stakeholders to support effective decision-making.

Prior to joining The Council, Gaurav worked in senior executive support roles where he coordinated project timelines, prepared presentations and leadership reports, and oversaw budget and expense tracking. He particularly enjoyed streamlining reporting systems, developing briefing kits, SOPs, MIS frameworks, and using AI-based data analysis to enhance the quality and speed of leadership decision-making.

Gaurav holds a PGDM in Marketing Management and actively pursues learning in technology-driven business operations and AI platforms. Outside of work, he enjoys solo bike rides, staying connected with friends and family, playing badminton, and exploring topics of personal interest.
