Aditi Arora is a development sector professional and a gender equality advocate from India. She is currently the Country Director for Girl Up, India, an initiative of the United Nations Foundation. Aditi is also a young leader of the Queen’s Commonwealth Trust Network and member of the Inclusivity Advisory Board at Just A Girl Inc.,USA.

Aditi is passionate about issues related to women and girls’ leadership and health, specifically sexual reproductive health rights and justice. For her work, she was listed by Forbes Asia 30 under 30, class of 2022. She has spoken at various platforms on women and intersecting issues including mental health at YOUNGA 2021, Girl Up Leadership Summit, Washington D.C., Women In Dev Conference, London, Histocon Berlin, etc. She is also a two-time TEDx speaker.

Aditi is a SI Leader Lab Fellow-2023 and holds a master’s degree from The Graduate Institute, Geneva in International Relations and Political Science.
